Objective
Two-Day workshop to obtain the most valuable credential available to project managers! This course is specifically designed to help the qualified project managers prepare for and pass the Project Management Professional (PMP^®) Certification Exam of the Project Management Institute (PMI^®). Instruction follows the exam format and context and includes all appropriate areas of PMI's Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK^®).

This program will prepare you to pass the Project Management Professional (PMP^®) examination. The course contents of this workshop are in consonance with the framework as outlined by the Project Management Institute's PMBOK^® Guide 2000 Edition.
